My inspiration for Caspian Mediterranean Restaurant came from my early childhood.  My Father ran a restaurant in Iran called Babolsar near the Caspian Sea.  I have great memories of growing up in such a beautiful area near the sea and eating wonderful authentic  food that my family's restaurant shared with so many local people.


 These great tasting recipes have remained with me for many years and with the support from my wife Elizabeth and Partner- Executive Chef Ali Rahmani, this dream of mine for so many years has now become a reality.  Ali Rahmani is also originally from Iran and comes with many years of restaurant- cuisine experience.  His most recent experience is

as a renowned Chef in California.  We are very excited to share authentic, fresh and wonderful tasting Persian- Mediterranean food with this local community.  We carry traditional halal meat.
